Kristin Laurel Hansen Them made him to nice. I still like the orginal cartoon one and the one with Jim Carrey will always be tough to beat. Don’t waste even “Matinee money” to see this lousy version! This is a pathetic neutering of our beloved figure “The Grinch.” This was political correctness run amuck a Grinch who from the opening scene is filled with regret, self-doubt, an overabundance of sensitivity and none of the characteristics that made him such a beloved Christmas figure for decades of children. Even the music was completely lame throughout this embarrassing version. Dr. Suess would never recognize this Grinch after what they did to him in this movie. Pam Tillery I’m a big fanatic of animated movies maybe that’s why I prefer this one lol. Jim Carrey did a GREAT job acting as the Grinch in the other one but Idk that one is my least favorite, but again, I love animated movies.
