Better Idea — Apple should be sending that money directly to the customers who were affected!. It’s like making a criminal give the money to the police instead of the victim he stole it from.. Had anyone had battery issues since the recent 14.2 iOS update? Since that update it eats the hell out of the battery power. I now have to charge it 3-4 times a day. Before only twice a day. And who the hell wants an App Library off to the right of the Home Screen? What’s the use of the Home Screen then?. Absolutely. I would still be on my iPhone 6 if they could have replaced the battery in a day. But we all know how that went . Millions to states and nothing to the people it actually affected.. I didn’t update my phone for a while and it randomly “stopped connecting to cell towers” and had to buy a brand new phone :))

. Most phone brands do that including PC and laptop brands. Hell it’s a common practice that’s been happening for years. She be reimbursing those of us that were affected I had bought two and had lots of issues. I suspect Tmobile does this when you finish paying off your device. Every time my device is paid off, I start having issues and when I go to T-mobile, they instantly jump to “you can upgrade your phone to this or that” even before fixing my problem.
