Human rights perfection is a process that everyone who is interested in Vietnam can see clearly the tireless efforts we have made over the years. Citizens’ fundamental freedoms are clearly defined in the Constitution and laws of Vietnam, consistent with international human rights conventions to which Vietnam is a signatory.
